Purchase a subscription, complete our 'Your Box' button below to make your meal choices. Then pop in past our Health Cafe to collect your box or have our couriers deliver your weeks freshly prepared meals. Choose your meals from our meal prep menu a week in advance. Meal subscriptions will run for four weeks.

How do subscriptions work?
How long am I signing up for? What is the minimum commitment?
The subscription term is just four weeks, which is paid weekly from when you pay for your subscription.
When are payments taken?
Payments are taken weekly.
How do I select my meals?
Once you have purchased a subscription you must select your meal choices for your box using the 'Your Box' button above.
When will my order be ready?
Orders will be ready for collection or delivery on a Wednesday or a Sunday
How much notice must I give when submitting my preferred date
Four days notice must be provided for your preferred date in order to ensure your meals will be ready.
Can I change my meal selections?
Yes, simply get in contact with us to change any of your meal choices as long as we have 4 days notice.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Simply log into your account, click ‘Subscription’ and press the ‘cancel' button. The minimum term is 4 weeks and then a new subscription will need to be purchased.
